Dr. Aida Dorsainville

In Loving Memory of Dr. Aida Dorsainville

Founder • Mentor • Advocate • Healer

We honor the life and legacy of Dr. Aida Dorsainville, a warm-hearted psychologist whose passion for mental health touched countless lives. Her dedication to serving others, especially those facing life’s most difficult challenges, made her a true beacon of hope across Central Florida and beyond.

Dr. Dorsainville’s clinical expertise was vast and impactful. She worked with children and teens navigating learning difficulties and developmental disorders, as well as adults managing complex conditions such as schizophrenia. Her work wasn’t just clinical—it was deeply personal. She formed meaningful connections with individuals from every walk of life, including those impacted by the criminal justice system, homelessness, and substance abuse.

Her commitment continued through specialized roles assisting our most vulnerable populations. She performed competency evaluations for judicial courts, supported veterans through disability evaluations, helped parents in dependency cases, and assessed individuals for the Vocational Rehabilitation Office.

Additionally, Dr. Dorsainville completed extensive training to provide immigration psychological evaluations, offering support to those seeking asylum, hardship waivers, and VAWA petitions. As a licensed psychologist, she also helped applicants for U.S. citizenship through the N-648 exception form—guiding them with understanding and dignity.

One of her most recent and proudest accomplishments was becoming approved through the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) — allowing her to provide telehealth services to clients in over 40 participating states, expanding her reach to those with limited access to mental health support.

Most importantly, Dr. Dorsainville was the founder of MPS Mental Health Clinic—the home she built for quality, culturally informed mental health care. She was not just a leader, but a mentor, a guide, and a friend to every member of our team. Her vision of compassion and inclusivity continues to shape the work we do every day.

Though her physical presence is no longer here with us, her legacy lives on—in the community she uplifted, in the clients she cared for, and in each of us who had the privilege to learn from her.

We remain committed to upholding her vision every single day:
🌟 Empowering Minds, Transforming Lives! 🌟

Rest in Peace, Dr. Aida Dorsainville.
Your love, leadership, and light will forever lead the way. 🤍🕊️

Thank you for everything!
